52100 Integral Gyuto bog oak

Forged from a single bar of 52100 carbon steel to form the blade and bolster for an extremely strong construction with an heirloom fit (rounded edges between wood/steel). The gyuto style blade is great for covering most tasks in the kitchen and features a concave “S-grind” to reduce surface area and improve food release. The handle wood has been stabilized in a resin to resist moisture and increase durability.
