Go Mai blade construction with stainless cladding on sides and a AEB-L stainless steel core cutting edge for performance. AEB-L is used to manufacture razor blades and holds a very fine durable edge. The Bunka style blade is great for processing veg while a fine tip is great for all round use and features a concave “S-grind” to reduce surface area and improve food release.
